Topic: Leading Through Conversations
by Sarah Noll
Doors open at 11:15. Program begins at 11:40.
Leadership is inspiring and motivating others, and it happens one conversation at a time. Most leaders want to make an impact on their team and their business. While every moment is an opportunity to positively impact those around you, those moments can be quickly overwhelmed with meetings, emails, and projects. How can we increase the impact of those moments, those conversations? By shifting from tasks and telling to curiosity and discovery. In our time together, you will explore basic coaching techniques you can use to help deepen your relationship with your team members, increase their awareness, explore possibilities, and define accountabilities.
At the end of the program, leaders will:
- Define what coaching is and isn’t
- Explore and practice core coaching techniques
- Learn how to have an impactful conversation in 10 minutes or less

“ Our business employs over 215 employees. One of the benefits our employees rate very high is LegalShield. Employees see this as a very worthy benefit and in fact had over 73 new enrollments at the last presentations done by Alan Jessen. Alan does a very nice job explaining the benefit and takes the time to answer all questions. I would recommend this benefit to any company looking to expand their benefit package to keep good employees.” R.V. Waterloo (May 2017)
