LeeAnn Ball
LeeAnn Ball has spent more than a decade building a career in Human Resources, driven by a passion for people, problem solving, and creating workplaces where employees and organizations can grow together.
She currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Valley Milk and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team, supporting initiatives in leadership, culture, employee development, workforce planning, and organizational growth.
In 2026, LeeAnn achieved a personal milestone by earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management while working full time. Her accomplishment reflects her belief that it is never too late to set a big goal and go after it.
Outside of HR, LeeAnn is a wife, mom, and proud gram who believes in working hard, continuing to grow, and finding plenty of reasons to laugh along the way.
As CVSHRM President Elect, LeeAnn looks forward to connecting with fellow HR professionals, sharing experiences, and helping strengthen the Central Valley HR community.
